Wheelin for a Cause, Operation Santa
Activities both Friday, July 28th, and Saturday 29th
Friday:
Elf Run Maps can be purchased at the Woodruff Town Offices located at 1418 – 1st Ave. Woodruff,
next to the Post Office starting at noon. (Card cost is $20 with the first prize being $500.00).
This Elf Run doesn’t need to be done on an ATV/UTV, you can participate with your bicycle or car.
1:00 Group Ride (departing from Woodruff Town Hall Parking Lot at 1418 – 1st Avenue, Woodruff,
next to the Post Office) through the Northwoods with stops at some of the participating Elf Run
business spots to get your card stamped. The group will be stopping in St Germain for a fish fry (the cost is
$15.00) with fellow riders and some reindeer games. Visit Elf Run business stops for your stamp
while in town before returning to the Town Hall parking lot. You don’t have to be a Lakeland ATV
Club member to join the group ride or enjoy a fish fry. All are welcome.
Friday Fish Fry, St. Germain Pavillion, July 28, 2023, 6:00 PM
6:00 Group Ride (departing from Woodruff Town Hall Parking Lot at 1418 – 1st Avenue, Woodruff,
next to the Post Office) thru the Northwoods to St Germain for a fish fry (cost is $15.00) with fellow
riders and some reindeer games. Visit Elf Run business stops for your stamp while in town before
returning to the Town Hall parking lot. You don’t have to be a Lakeland ATV Club member to join the
group ride or enjoy a fish fry. All are welcome.
Saturday:
Breakfast with Santa 8:00AM to 11:00 Am Saturday July 29, 2023
Elf Hunt, Envelope Tree 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2023
8:00 Events start at Woodruff Town Hall Parking Lot located at 1418 – 1st Avenue, Woodruff, next to
the Post Office. Purchase an envelope from the Christmas Tree. The cost is $20 with prize value
between $25 and up). This year there will also be a Kids Tree (Cost is $5.00 with prize value $10.)
The registration table will be open till 3:00 but don’t delay, envelopes are limited and go fast.
Elf Run Maps ($20 cost) will also be available for purchase at the registration table.
Enjoy Breakfast with Santa from 8:00 – 10:00 in the Town Hall. Breakfast will be served till 11:00 but
Santa and his sleigh leave at 10:30, bring your machine and join Santa if you like. They will even be
stopping at some of the Elf Run stops. Cost for Breakfast is $10.00
9:00 – A group ride will leave Woodruff Town Hall Parking Lot. The ride will take you to the Towns of
Lake Tomahawk, St Germain, Arbor Vitae and Woodruff. Experience new trails/routes that the Club
has been working on and have been opened within the last year. This ride will take you to many of
the Elf Stops. Learn the trial system around the area all while enjoying the company of other
ATV/UTV enthusiasts.
Never ridden in a UTV? Take a free demo ride in one of the rental units to the North Pole. Once
there you can check out the fresh bakery from Mrs. Claus’s kitchen and get your North Pole Elf
Stamp, Rides take about 45 minutes to an hour round trip and will depart from the Woodruff Town
Hall Parking Lot at 1418 – 1 st Avenue, Woodruff.
3:00 – Deadline for all Completed Elf Run cards to be turned in to the registration table at the
Woodruff Town Hall Parking Lot at 1418 – 1 st Ave., Woodruff, next to the Post Office. The Drawing
for the prizes will take place between 3:00 and 3:30.
